After calling my local CAA multiple times trying to connect with an agent, I decided to branch out a little and found Joanne. THANK GOODNESS I did! Joanne was excellent in all aspects of our trip planning. She responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. She recommended some great All Inclusive Resorts in the area we wanted to travel to. This was my first trip and having Joanne as our agent made everything easypeasy. She updated us on flight times, answered any questions we had and booked everything from our rooms to our excursions. She is a lovely lady, very friendly and committed to helping make your vacation awesome. Everything went very smoothly. Flawless check in and our pre booked excursion was great.
